NWS Advisories in Effect; Flash Flood Watch Canceled
The National Weather Service (NWS), Guam Weather Forecast Office continue to monitor what is now Tropical Storm Peipah (formerly 17W).
As of early this morning, Peipah was located about 385 miles north-northeast of Guam, with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph, making it a minimum tropical storm but no further intensification is expected. It is moving northwest at 17 mph and expected to pass to the far northern Marianas. The Mariana Islands, including the far northern Agrihan, Pagan, and Alamagan are not expected to experience tropical storm force winds as Peipah passes.

The National Weather Service (NWS), Guam Weather Forecast Office advise the circulation expected to pass well northeast of Saipan will continue to bring heavy rains across the Marianas through Monday morning.
NWS advised 2-3 inches of rain has already fallen over parts of central and northern Guam. The following advisories are in effect:

The National Weather Service (NWS), Guam Weather Forecast Office continue to monitor a circulation, now called Tropical Depression 17, that is expected to pass well northeast of Saipan tonight but the clouds and rain are west and southwest of the center, dragging heavy rain across the Marianas through Monday morning.
