The National Weather Service (NWS), Weather Forecast Office Guam has issued a red flag warning in effect for Guam until 6 p.m. this evening. A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures will create ideal conditions for rapid spread of wildfires.
