The Guam National Guard’s 94th Civil Support Team (CST) along with local and federal first responders will hold a two-day exercise beginning July 30. The event consists of various emergency scenarios, including chemical and biological training scenarios throughout the island and will test multi-agency response capabilities.
The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office issued a short-term forecast for Guam.

Garfield of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Disaster Field Operations Center-West today reminded private nonprofit organizations in Guam of the July 8, 2019, deadline to apply for an SBA federal disaster loan for property damage caused by Typhoon Wutip that occurred Feb. 23-25, 2019. Private nonprofits that provide essential services of a governmental nature are eligible for assistance.
