Guam Regional Transportation Authority
GRTA operations are bringing riders home this evening and will shut down as soon as drivers complete their routes, including paratransit operations. Bus operations are tentatively scheduled to resume tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. 

Guam Solid Waste Authority
As long as Guam is in Condition of Readiness (COR) 2, there will be no Guam Solid Waste Authority pick up on Wednesday, November 27, 2019. Trash collection will resume once Guam is placed in COR 4. Trash pick up originally scheduled for Wednesday will be picked up one day later on Thursday, while pick up originally scheduled for Thursday will be picked up one day later on Friday.

Guam Power Authority
GPA Operations will continue to respond to any trouble calls throughout the evening. Line crews will be patrolling within the Northern, Central, and Southern sectors of the island. 

Customers experiencing storm-related voltage fluctuations should shut off their main breakers, and those experiencing power quality issues or outages should contact GPA Trouble Dispatch at 475-1472/3/4.
