The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office advisories remain in effect:
A small craft advisory remains in effect for the coastal waters of Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan until 6 p.m. this evening. East winds of 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 25 knots and seas of 6 to 8 feet are expected. Winds are expected to diminish by this evening. Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

Three COVID-19-Related Fatalities Reported
The Joint Information Center (JIC) was notified of three (3) previously unreported COVID-19-related fatalities which occurred earlier this year in March, September, and October.
