No Immediate Threat Assessed from Reported North Korea Missile Launch

The Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense (GHS/OCD), in conjunction with the Mariana Regional Fusion Center (MRFC), federal and military partners, continue to monitor events surrounding the region including reports of the recent launch of an unidentified projectile out of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) today.

COVID-19 Test Results: 68 New Cases Reported 

Today, the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) reported 68 new cases of COVID-19 from 903 specimens analyzed on May 2, 2022. 37 of the cases reported today are through the Department of Defense. To date, there have been a total of 48,254 officially reported cases, 354 deaths, 319 cases in active isolation, and 47,581 not in active isolation.

Preliminary COVID-19 Test Results: 10 New Cases Reported

Today, the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) reported a preliminary case count of 10 new cases of COVID-19 from 55 specimens analyzed on April 30, 2022. To date, there have been a total of 48,142 officially reported cases, 354 deaths, 293 cases in active isolation, and 47,495 not in active isolation.

To date, there have been a total of 48,132 officially reported cases, 354 deaths, 283 cases in active isolation, and 47,495 not in active isolation.

Today, the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) reported 46 new cases of COVID-19 from 560 specimens analyzed on April 27, 2022. 12 of the cases reported today are through the Department of Defense. To date, there have been a total of 48,113 officially reported cases, 354 deaths, 264 cases in active isolation, and 47,495 not in active isolation.

Today, the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) reported 47 new cases of COVID-19 from 951 specimens analyzed on April 26, 2022. 19 of the cases reported today are through the Department of Defense. To date, there have been a total of 48,067 officially reported cases, 354 deaths, 237 cases in active isolation, and 47,476 not in active isolation.
