JIC Release No. 6 - 29W Now Tropical Storm Kammuri; Remain Indoors and Off the Roadways
The National Weather Service continues to monitor what is now Tropical Storm Kammuri as it approaches the Marianas.
As of 7 p.m., Tropical Storm Kammuri was located about 11.2 degrees north latitude and 146.5 degrees east longitude, about 275 miles south of Saipan and 195 miles southeast of Guam. Tropical Storm Kammuri is moving west-northwest at 23 mph with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph.

GRTA operations are bringing riders home this evening and will shut down as soon as drivers complete their routes, including paratransit operations. Bus operations are tentatively scheduled to resume tomorrow at 11:00 a.m.
JIC Release No. 4 - Hospital/Clinic Update
As Tropical Depression 29W approaches the Marianas, Guam remains in Condition of Readiness (COR) 2. Residents are encouraged to stay indoors until COR 4 is declared. Residents are also encouraged to take note of the following healthcare updates:
JIC Release No. 3 - Emergency Shelters to Open at 6 p.m.; Residents Urged to Prepare
The Guam Department of Education (GDOE) is preparing to open three emergency shelters at 6 p.m. today. Residents in need of emergency shelter are urged to arrive at the GDOE shelters nearest their home as early as 6 p.m., before the onset of damaging winds, which are expected around 9 p.m. this evening.

The National Weather Service (NWS), Weather Forecast Office Guam continues to monitor Tropical Depression 29W.
JIC Release No. 1 - Guam in COR 3; Take Precautionary Measures
On its current track, Tropical Depression 29W is expected to pass south of Guam. The closest point of approach to Guam is forecast around 4 a.m. Wednesday morning about 200 miles away from Guam. Rainfall amounts of 4 to 5 inches is possible through Wednesday.
