Flood Advisory Extended through this Afternoon; Practice Caution in Heavy Rain

The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office issued a flood advisory, in effect for Guam until 4:45 p.m. this afternoon. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas is expected. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches is expected. All villages will be affected.

Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas is expected. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain has already fallen.
 

Thunderstorm Advisory in Effect; Practice Caution

The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office issued a thunderstorm advisory, in effect for the Guam International Airport Authority until 4 p.m. this afternoon. Thunderstorms are possible or occurring within 20 nautical miles of the airport.
 

Flood Advisory in Effect; Practice Caution in Heavy Rain

The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office issued a flood advisory, in effect for southern and central parts of Guam until 3 p.m. this afternoon. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas is expected. Between 0.4 and 1.2 inches of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches is expected.
   

Flood Advisory and High Lightning Risk in Effect; Remain Out of the Water

The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office issued a flood advisory for Guam, in effect until 5 p.m. this afternoon. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas is expected. Between 0.6 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area.
