Cumulative Results

To date, there have been a total of 4,418 officially reported cases of COVID-19 with 75 deaths, 1,732 cases in active isolation and 2,611 not in active isolation.

GHS/OCD, JRM, NBG, and AAFB to Conduct Routine Testing of Advanced Warning Systems

The Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense (GHS/OCD), Joint Region Marianas (JRM), U.S. Naval Base Guam (NBG), and Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB) will conduct routine testing of the vital communication and advance warning system sirens, respectively, on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, starting at 3:15 p.m.

 

GHS/OCD will test the nineteen (19) All Hazards Alert Warning System (AHAWS) sirens in conjunction with JRM, NBG, and AAFB monthly routine testing of the “Giant Voice (GV)” sirens.

Cumulative Results
To date, there have been a total of 4,216 officially reported cases of COVID-19 with 71 deaths, 1,642 cases in active isolation and 2,503 not in active isolation. 

JIC RELEASE NO. 413 - 71st COVID-19-Related Fatality Reported; Cumulative Results: 34 Test Positive for COVID-19; Additional DYA Employee Tests Positive; Three GDOE Employees Tests Positive for COVID-19

The Joint Information Center was notified that Guam’s 71st COVID-19-related fatality occurred at the Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) at approximately 2:07 p.m. The patient was a 67-year-old male with underlying health conditions that were compounded by COVID-19. He was admitted to GRMC on October 24 and tested positive upon admission.
