Red Flag Warning in Effect for Guam; Outdoor Burning is Not Recommended

The National Weather Service (NWS), Weather Forecast Office Guam has issued a red flag warning in effect for Guam until 7 p.m. this evening. A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly.
