Tropical Depression (23W) Kong-rey moving through Marianas

The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office is monitoring Tropical Depression (23W) Kong-rey as it moves through the Marianas today moving Northwest at 6mph.

As Tropical Depression Kong-rey passes, Guam can expect locally heavy rainfall through Saturday.

Currently a High Surf Advisory, Rip Current Statement, and Small Craft Advisory are in effect for Guam until Saturday evening at 600pm.

The National Weather Service Guam Weather Forecast Office advises the population to keep a close watch on the latest forecasts and information from the National Weather Service on Guam.
