Small Craft Advisory in Effect from Saturday through Tuesday

The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast issued a small craft advisory for the coastal waters of Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan, in effect from 6 p.m. Saturday through early Tuesday morning.

Seas are expected to build between 8 to 11 feet Saturday evening for Guam with winds increasing to 15 to 25 knots Sunday. Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
