Rain Expected over the Weekend; Be Alert for Advisories

The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office advised a circulation south of Guam will drift northwest for the next couple of days. This disturbance south of the Marianas will have no direct threat to Guam but will increase showers around Sunday.
As the disturbance passes south, expect increasing clouds Saturday and increasing showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms Sunday.  
The Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense (GHS/OCD) remind the community to be alert for additional advisories from NWS.
