The Office of Guam Homeland Security and the Office of Civil Defense (OHS-OCD), in conjunction with the National Cybersecurity Preparedness Consortium (NCPC), will host a Network Traffic Analysis (PER-418) training from Monday, June 29 through Wednesday, July 1, 2026, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the OHS-OCD facility in Agana Heights.
The three-day training is offered at no cost to eligible participants and is meant to prepare first responders to effectively and efficiently act to counter network vector attacks against internet, communications and network-based infrastructure. Students will be introduced to a wide variety of network traffic analysis information and methods.
The target audience for this course includes technical personnel and technical managers within the public and private sectors supporting critical infrastructure, as well as emergency management partners from the Government of Guam, military, federal, and non-profit organizations.
