The Guam Department of Agriculture (DOAG) is officially announcing the application period for the Crop Loss Compensation Program (CLCP). Bonafide farmers who have experienced eligible agricultural losses are encouraged to submit their applications through May 14, 2026.
This program is designed to provide vital financial assistance to the island’s agricultural community, helping to offset the impacts of crop destruction and sustain local food security. This program only compensates for crop input losses.
How to Apply
Applications can be submitted during standard business hours at the Agricultural Development Services (ADS) Division, located at the Guam Department of Agriculture in Mangilao.
Required Documentation
All applicants must be current Bonafide Farmers with the Guam Department of Agriculture and in compliance with their farm reports.
Applications will not be accepted after the May 14th deadline. All local producers are urged to review the eligibility requirements and complete their submissions promptly.
