The Office of Guam Homeland Security and the Office of Civil Defense (OHS-OCD), in conjunction with the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), will host two training opportunities, to be held at the OHS-OCD facility in Agana Heights:

·         Tuesday, April 7, 2026, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Demystifying Cyber Attacks (AWR 421)

o   The 8-hour course is offered at no cost to eligible participants and is designed to provide non-technical students a better understanding of various cyber attacks and how they occur.

o   The target audience for the course include government officials, business leaders, managers, and employees who have an interest in improving cybersecurity at their organizations.

·         Wednesday, April 8 – Thursday, April 9, 2026, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessment (MGT 303)

o   The 16-hour course is offered at no cost to eligible participants and is designed to address specific technical and professional skills needed to assess, document, remediate, and present cybersecurity vulnerability assessments within organizations.

o   The target audience for the course include IT and cybersecurity practitioners including analysts, technicians, engineers, managers.
