Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense To Host Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Information Session on Generator Projects

The Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense (GHS-OCD) will host an information session on generator project sub applications as part of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) on Wednesday, October 30, at 9 a.m.  

Following the Presidential Disaster Declaration in response to Typhoon Mawar, Guam received HMGP funding. The funding is available to Government of Guam entities and private non-profit organizations for projects that reduce risks to people and property across the island. The information session will cover the HMGP application process and outline requirements for generator projects. Pre-registration is required to attend the session.
