Of the 45 newly reported cases, 12 were identified through contact tracing.
To date, there have been a total of 2,235 officially reported cases of COVID-19 with 37 deaths, 655 cases in active isolation, and 1,543 not in active isolation. Of those cases, 1,968 are classified as civilians and 267 are military service members.

Saturday, Oct. 3 COVID-19 Umatac Community Testing
The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), in collaboration with the Government of Guam and the Mayors’ Council of Guam, is providing free COVID-19 testing to the first 200 participants who have registered with the Umatac Mayor’s Office. Testing is scheduled for Saturday, October 3 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Umatac Mayor’s Office. Those who pre-registered for the previously scheduled testing through the Umatac Mayor’s Office will be able to keep their reserved spots. Additional registration for this event is closed.
For the safety of the community and the nurses, only four (4) people per vehicle are allowed to be tested. No symptoms are needed to qualify for testing.
Those who were unable to register for testing and are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 are advised to call their health care provider. A patient may also call the Northern Region Community Health Center (NRCHC) at (671) 635-7525/6 to schedule an appointment. The NRCHC COVID-19 testing is available by appointment only.
