The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) tested 177 individuals for COVID-19 on Thursday, July 23, 2020 with conclusive results. Two tested positive through DPHSS and 175 tested negative for SARS-CoV-2.
Three cases tested positive by Diagnostic Laboratory Services (DLS). Two reported recent travel from the continental US and were identified in quarantine. One case was identified through contact tracing.
To date, there have been a total of 337 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 5 deaths, 244 released from isolation, and 88 active cases. Of those cases, 288 are classified as civilians and 49 are military service members.

Beware of Email Falsely Claiming to be from GEDA
The Guam Economic Development Authority (GEDA) recently identified that an email is circulating, which promotes the Guam Small Business Pandemic Assistance Grant program and falsely claims to be a representative of GEDA. The email also includes an attachment of the grant application.
The community is advised to avoid responding to these false emails or avoid communication with the sender. Do not provide any personal or business information. Additionally, avoid clicking on links included in the emails or attachments, as it may result in a virus being loaded on the recipient's device.

Expanded COVID-19 Testing Continues
DPHSS, in collaboration with the Government of Guam, the Mayors Council of Guam, private, and federal agencies, continues expanded COVID-19 testing.
Testing is free and open to the public while supplies last. No symptoms are needed to qualify for testing. If your village is not listed, please proceed to a neighboring village for testing. Please bring an ID, if one is available. The expanded testing schedule is as follows:
