Two new cases of COVID-19 were reported today by the Department of Defense (DoD) and were identified through contact tracing.
COVID-19 test results are reported from multiple labs at varying times of the day. Cumulative test results will be provided this evening once all tests from today are finalized.
To date, there have been 188 cases confirmed through COVID-19 testing provided with 5 deaths, 170 released from isolation, and 13 active cases. As this is an evolving situation, information is subject to change with little to no notice. Modified Visitation at GMH
Effective Monday, June 15, 2020, the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority (GMHA) implemented the following visitation guidelines:

Visitation is restricted in all units/departments wherein Persons Under Investigation (PUIs) or COVID-19 positive patients are treated or admitted.

Emergency Room visitation is restricted due to the high traffic and possible concentration of Persons Under Investigation (PUIS).

Visiting hours in the ICU/CCU are from the hours of 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Limit of one (1) person at a time.

Labor & Delivery Patients may designate one (1) support person during labor and delivery stay. The rotation of support persons is not permitted.

Obstetrics Ward Patients may designate one (1) support person during postpartum stay. The rotation of support persons is not permitted.

Parents of Nursery/NICU patients may contact the unit via the operator at 647-2330/2252 to schedule 15-30 minute visitation, or a virtual visit using electronic devices.
Expanded COVID-19 Testing Continues
The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), in collaboration with the Government of Guam, the Mayors Council of Guam, private, and federal agencies, continues expanded COVID-19 testing.
Testing is free and open to the public while supplies last. No symptoms are needed to qualify for testing. If your village is not listed, please proceed to a neighboring village for testing. Please bring an I.D., if one is available. The expanded testing schedule is as follows:
