- Earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.6 that occurred south of the Fiji Islands, with a depth of 623.6 km, at 8:14 p.m. (ChST).
As advised by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, there is no tsunami threat to Guam or the Northern Mariana Islands at this time.
