The National Weather Service (NWS) in Tiyan Guam has issued a flash flood warning for Northeastern Guam until 5:45 p.m. this afternoon. Thunderstorms are producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches is possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office issued a flood advisory, in effect for Guam until 2:45 p.m. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected, resulting in minor flooding.
