Cumulative Results
To date, there have been a total of 4,812 officially reported cases of COVID-19 with 80 deaths, 1,511 cases in active isolation and 3,221 not in active isolation.
The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) releases the official COVID-19 Dashboard and Situation Report on weekdays. Cases officially reported to DPHSS on Monday reflect results confirmed from Friday to Sunday.
An additional 119 cases of COVID-19 were officially reported to DPHSS today. These 119 cases were confirmed over a four day period, between October 30 – November 2, 2020.
From October 30 – November 2, a total of 184 new cases of COVID-19 were officially reported. Sixty-five (65) of these cases were previously reported by the Joint Information Center on Saturday, October 31, Sunday, November 1, and Monday, November 2, 2020 and reflect results reported from DPHSS. The breakdown of reporting to DPHSS by day is as follows:
- 100 on October 30
- 31 on October 31
- 13 on November 1
- 40 on November 2
Of the 184 cases, 44 cases were identified through contact tracing. Twelve (12) cases reported recent travel—11 from the U.S. and one from the Philippines—and were identified in quarantine.

Two GDOE Workers Test Positive for COVID-19
On Tuesday, November 3, 2020, the Guam Department of Education (GDOE) received notification that two GDOE workers tested positive for COVID-19, including one GDOE employee and one contractual worker. These cases were identified at Astumbo Elementary School and the GDOE Tiyan headquarters. Both were identified through contact tracing efforts.
The GDOE is working closely with DPHSS to conduct contact tracing and any close contacts of the confirmed cases will be contacted directly. Areas of the campuses and offices will be cleaned and disinfected as needed. Hard copy packet and food distribution will not be interrupted.
GBHWC Crisis Hotline
The Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center (GBHWC) has a Crisis Hotline that is available 24/7 at (671) 647-8833/4. For those feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or are needing to talk to someone, GBHWC has experienced providers available and ready to assist the community with any heightened stress and anxiety experienced as a result of COVID-19.
