JIC RELEASE NO. 288 - Cumulative Results: Eighty-Seven Test Positive for COVID-19 from August 21-23; Profiles of Confirmed Cases

COVID-19 test results are reported from multiple labs at varying times of the day. The Joint Information Center will report cumulative COVID-19 test results once a day, unless unavailable.

From August 21 to August 23, the following is a daily breakdown of the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported to the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS): sixty-five (65) new cases were reported on August 21, 38 new cases were reported on August 22, and 37 new cases were reported on August 23. This is inclusive of the 53 cases previously reported by the Joint Information Center on Sunday, August 23. 

 

To date, there have been a total of 907 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 7 deaths, 428 not in isolation, and 472 cases in active isolation. Of those cases, 764 are classified as civilians and 143 are military service members.
