COVID-19 test results are reported from multiple labs at varying times of the day. The Joint Information Center will report cumulative COVID-19 test results once a day.

DPHSS Nurses will Contact Individuals with Test Results
Individuals who went to a Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) community-based testing site and were swabbed for COVID-19, will receive a phone call from one of the public health medical staff with their test results. Please answer the call.
Calls are prioritized to those who tested positive for COVID-19. DPHSS cannot leave test results on a voicemail or answering machine.
Those who test negative will also receive a phone call. If you have not heard back from Public Health after three days, please call the Central Public Health Center at 638-4513 or 311, option 1 (DPHSS Medical Triage) for your test results. If you would like to receive a copy of your test results, please call 638-4513.
Office of Vital Statistics Updated Information
The Office of Vital Statistics hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Any inquiries regarding the registering, certifying, and maintaining of records of vital events, and or processing and issuance of marriage licenses may be addressed to the Office of Vital Statistics. Reschedule for the “Interim Food Safety Training Course” on or before July 15
Individuals who currently possess an “Interim Health Certificate” and were originally scheduled for the Food Safety Health Certificate Training Course on March 17, 2020 through April 17, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. are to visit the Division of Environmental Health (DEH) before July 15, 2020 for the rescheduling of the course; otherwise, they will be treated as new applicants and must pay the new applicant fee of $25.00.
Applicants can reschedule for the course at Guam Environmental Public Health Laboratory (aka Mosquito Lab) in Dededo, next to the Northern Public Health. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except observed holidays.
Only applicants will be allowed to enter the facility and they must bring their own pen or pencil. Family, friends, or children accompanying the applicant will not be allowed to enter. Applicants who are feeling ill or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms are not to enter the premises. Wearing of face masks will be mandatory and social distancing will be implemented.
Applicants needing special accommodations must call 300-9579 at least two days prior to their scheduled date. Applicants are also encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, as the waiting area will be in the parking lot.
