Governor Signs Executive Order 2020-22
Today, Governor Lou Leon Guerrero signed Executive Order (EO) 2020-22, relative to extending the public health emergency declared to respond to COVID-19. The public health emergency is now set to expire on July 30, 2020.

EO 2020-22 also allows for DPHSS to implement quarantine protocols regarding the conditions for entry into Guam. Such quarantine will be administered in accordance with applicable Public Health Guidance, which may include a requirement that individuals arriving from designated “high risk areas” and without negative COVID-19 test results no more than seventy two (72) hours prior to arrival be quarantined at a government qualified facility.

Guam remains at Pandemic Condition of Readiness (PCOR) 2, and EO 2020-22 does not lift any additional restrictions.
