JIC Recovery Release No. 14 - Fuel Update; Additional Stations Open

76/Circle K provided the following update, that the following service stations are operational today, May 28:


76/Circle K (12 p.m. - 10 p.m.):

  • Agat

  • Barrigada

  • Dededo

  • Malojloj

  • Sinajana

  • Ypao


From 4 p.m. - 8 p.m., Airport 76 is open for First Responders & Healthcare Workers only; credentials are required; cash only. 

These are in addition to the following current, open stations:


Mobil (6 a.m. - 10 p.m.):

  • East Agana

  • Airport 

  • Maite

  • Liguan

  • Fatima

  • Yigo north

  • Yigo Perez Acres

  • Tamuning (Diesel Only)


Shell IP&E:

  • Hagatna as of 8 a.m.

  • Tamuning as of 9 a.m.

  • Harmon as of 9 a.m. 

  • MicroMall Intersection as of 9 a.m. 

  • Yigo at 12 p.m. 

  • Chalan Pago (Diesel only) at 12 p.m.


Shell Upper Tumon across John F. Kennedy High School remains open for essential Government vehicles only. 

Shell reminds the community that while they are accepting all card payments, due to intermittent connectivity, it is recommended to bring cash. 

Some locations are cash only; be prepared. The community is reminded to be courteous and orderly when lining up for fuel.
