GHS/OCD Host Planning for Disaster Debris Management Training

The Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense (GHS/OCD), in coordination with the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC), will host the Planning for Disaster Debris Management (MGT-460) training on October 29, 2019 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the GHS/OCD facility, Agana Heights.

 

The MGT-460 course is offered at no cost to eligible participants and will enhance attendees’ abilities to identify debris management components and the best planning practices. Attendees will learn the skills needed to effectively and efficiently plan for debris management in order to protect critical infrastructure and minimize health and safety threats.

 

Attendees for this course include emergency management personnel and partners from the Government of Guam, federal, military, private, and non-profit organizations.
