- Rainfall: Heavy rain could bring 4–8 inches through Friday, increasing the risk of flooding and mudslides.

- Flood Watch for Guam and Rota through Friday afternoon.
- High Surf Advisory for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan (9–11 ft surf).
- High Risk of Rip Currents through Friday afternoon.
- Small Craft Advisory for Guam and Rota coastal waters (winds 20–30 kt; seas 10–12 ft).
Preparedness Actions
Residents and visitors are advised to take the following precautionary measures:
- Clear drainage areas and unblock storm drains to minimize flooding;
- Stay up to date with the latest weather information;
- When driving in heavy rain, be alert for low visibilities and slippery roads, slow down where water is ponding on the road;
- Turn Around, Don’t Drown. Avoid walking or driving through flood waters;
- Do not camp, park, or hike along streams and rivers. These areas can flood quickly and with little warning;
- Be alert for possible landslides in areas of steep terrain. Report any signs of potential landslides to local authorities immediately;
- Stay out of the water due to dangerous surf and rip currents.
