Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions and rip currents.
Advisories in Effect:
- High Surf Advisory for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan (7–9 ft surf, building to 9–11 ft tonight) until 4 p.m. Monday.
- High Risk of Rip Currents for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan through Monday afternoon.
- Small Craft Advisory for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan coastal waters (winds 15–25 kt; seas 8–10 ft) until 5 a.m. Monday.
The Office of Homeland Security and the Office of Civil Defense (OHS-OCD) remind the community to remain out of the water while the advisories are in effect.
