Tuberculosis (TB) Program OPEN

The TB Program remains operational despite the temporary closure of the Northern Region Community Health Center. It will operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Patients were provided a one-week supply of TB medications on July 2, 2026.

STD/HIV Program CLOSED until further notice

Located in the Northern Region Community Health Center (NRCHC)  Clients with appointments scheduled this week at the Hesler Place location will be contacted directly to reschedule due to the power outage.

Bureau of Family Health & Nursing Services  OPEN  Home Visiting Program has resumed.  But the  BFHNS Clinic at the Northern Region Community Health Center remains closed until further notice.

Shriners Children’s Outreach Clinic: The July 8–10, 2026 outreach clinic has been cancelled. Patients with scheduled appointments will be contacted directly to reschedule for the October Outreach Clinic once dates are confirmed.

Tiyan Office Open.  Office Hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Clinic Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Santa Rita Office Open.  Office Hours  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m./ Clinic Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Guam Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (GBCCEDP) OPEN

Walk-in inquiries accepted at:  Terlaje Professional Building, Suite 100 94 Hernan Cortez Avenue, Hagåtña

Available Services:

  • Clinical breast exams

  • Screening mammograms

  • Diagnostic breast and cervical cancer screening services for eligible women.

  • Provider referrals, billing, and claims submissions continue to be accepted.

DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CLOSED.  

The Division of Environmental Health (DEH) Processing Center at Hesler Place remains closed until further notice due to a power outage. Affected services include: 

  • Health Certificate processing: temporarily unavailable.

  • Food Safety Health Certificate Training Courses: temporarily suspended.

  • Training & Health Certificate Update:Individuals scheduled for Food Safety Health Certificate Training will be rescheduled at no cost. 

  • Employees whose Health Certificates expire during the closure will not be penalized.

DIVISION OF CHILDREN’S WELLNESS  OPEN  All public-facing offices

The Neni 3-1-1 Line is available during regular business hours M-F, 8-5pm.

 

DIVISION OF SENIOR CITIZENS  OPEN  130 University Drive, Suite 8, University Castle Mall, Mangilao

  • Homebound Case Management services and Elder Justice Center services at the Public Defender Service Corporation resume July 8 (today)

  • ALL Senior Centers remain CLOSED  until further notice. 

  • Adult Day Care services remain CLOSED until further notice. 

  • Hemodialysis transportation services remain SUSPENDED with service projected to resume on Thursday, July 9, 2026. 

  • Adult Protective Services Hotline remains available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (671) 632-8853.

DIVISION OF HOMELESSNESS ASSISTANCE & POVERTY PREVENTION  OPEN  Soup Kitchen walk-in services and dinner services have resumed.   130 Father Dueñas Avenue, Hagåtña

Stay Out of the Water - Conditions are Life-Threatening

As Super Typhoon Bavi has exited the region through the night, the following advi sories remain in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan:

  • Coastal Flood Advisory in effect until 6 a.m. Wednesday. Dangerously large breaking waves up to 20 feet, decreasing to 10 to 15 tonight. Minor coastal flooding expected. 

  • High Surf Warning in effect until 4 p.m. Thursday. Dangerous surf heights of 1 to 3 feet can be expected through at least this afternoon. Everyone should remain out of the water due to life-threatening surf conditions.
