The Guam Homeland Security/Office of Civil Defense (GHS/OCD) advises the public that a power outage at its offices has temporarily disrupted incoming phone service. Normal phone lines are currently unavailable.
Until service is restored, anyone needing to reach GHS/OCD may call (671) 488-5818.
GHS/OCD is working to restore normal operations and will provide an update when regular phone service resumes.
